Nonverbal cues are the “markers of our identity,” and we rely on nonverbal cues as “name badges” to identify what groups we belong to and what groups we are not a part of.

– Describe how these are formed/expressed through nonverbal means (e.g., physical appearance, paralanguage, gestures, display rules, boundary regulation, time regulation).
