Describe some of the control mechanisms in place in a job you’ve held. For instance, if you negotiate a work from home arrangement, your employer might want an “accounting” of the work you do away from the office. This takes the form of a breakdown of time spent on various tasks when working from home. This enables them to see if you’re effective working from home. Was it effective? Explain. Or, do you see a lack of control in the workplace, what could be done to improve the situation?
