Describe Ethics and business decision making- Business Management
As a manager or a future manager, you must be concerned and responsible for ethical policies and procedures. As you know, top management support is a key requirement in implementing throughout the entire organization. All levels of management must serve as role models and display the highest ethical standards. Most businesses have an ethics code of conduct and compliance program. In addition, different professions may have a code of ethics or code of conduct. The Project Management Institute (Links to an external site.) (PMI) has a Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. (Links to an external site.) Additionally, corporations usually have a Code of Ethics or Code of Conduct for their boards of directors.
