Explain the answer of the following question
Question- There has been much discussion about interoperable communication over the last ten years and many are left with the idea that an interoperable network lies solely in the voice communication area. Should a public safety interoperable network be narrowly defined to voice communications or should data interoperability be included in the discussion?
