Describe/look at various tariff and non tariff barriers
to international like trade quotas, embargos, licenses or anything that controls something.
Then discuss how GATT/WTO through their principals affected these barriers? What have they said and done about these barriers?
2. Bills of lading; explain the significance, the characteristics and how they may each be utilized?
How is risk of loss dealt with in terms of US International business law? (particularly US law and how the risk of law is dealt with).
3. International advertising: explain the effects of advertising through an example and analyse how successful the international regulations have proven to be or not to be? Why is it that some products get advertised in different parts of the world i different ways to other countries? Why is it that sometimes they get advertised only in some parts of the world and not in others?
