Also, describe the Eriksonian stage of Personal Development that applies to fourth graders. How does Mr. Chang’s teaching support the positive resolution of the issues present at this age, as defined by Erikson? Finally, describe one other element of Mr. Chang’s teaching that you like, and comment on why you believe it is effective.
