are familiar with. Next, identify two (2) major competitors and describe the two
(2) products they offer that compete with yours.
– Describe your unique selling proposition (USP). How is it superior to the two (2)
competions you identified above.
Part Two Extra
– Think about a recent purchase you made such as a product or a service. Describe
your level of satisfaction with the product or service. Then determine if there was
anything you could have done during the decision process to have increased your
level of satisfaction.
