Write a two page paper that describes the motivation theories (Maslow and McClelland) and how they relate to your dream job.
Example: You may focus, at least initially, on extrinsic motivation factors such as a large salary, a great benefits package, a corner office with a fantastic view, a luxurious company car and an inflated job title.If you are a cash-strapped college student, this might indicate that you operate at one of the lower levels in the Maslow Need Hierarchy since money matters are very salient to you.
