  2. Choose: Think these through, then choose an aspect of your real or imagined arts program to market.
  3. Create a marketing brochure or poster with accompanying 3 to 4 page rationale showing why a particular element or approach is used. Make sure to include your organization’s positioning statement and explain your overall marketing strategy in your rationale. Include the chapter’s key concepts into your work. When developing your campaign, make sure to consider:
    • Understanding your audience
    • Selling/marketing arts
    • Public relations and communications
    • Working with the artist
