Question 1- List and explain the perceptions employees use to determine the fairness of the company’s procedures and outcomes.
Question 2- Describe and evaluate the criteria employees use to evaluate the fairness of a pay structure.
Question 3- Discuss the legal requirements from the employer’s standpoint in regards to employee discipline, and provide examples of a situation related to each one.
