Determine the force that the ice-filled

Compute the right solution of the following question

Question- The Young’s modulus of ice is 9GPa. If a pothole, shaped like a cylinder, has volume of 4 liters and a diameter of 25 cm, fills up with rain, and then freezes, the ice wants to expand, at the expense of the surrounding concrete. The density of water can be taken as 1 kg/liter and the density of ice is 0.93 kg/liter.

Part 1- Calculate the radius if the ice could form without constraint in the pothole. Use (delta r/r) as an estimate for the radial strain.

Part 2- Calculate the force that the ice-filled pothole exerts on the surrounding concrete.

I want help to determine the force that the ice-filled.
