Develop a cost analysis of the above items relating to the library project so we have hard numbers to work with and have a monetary value for reporting and audit purposes.
Begin thinking about a system we can use to authorize and disburse money that enhance transparency.
Put together a cash flow system that can be used for all operations of the organization. Example the Membership and Social Outreach VP will enable members in different geographic locations to raise money through activities on their own to support projects financially. A system has to be in place for this and all other projects.
