CEOs have vision, describe what their vision should consist of. Use 2 examples of 2 vastly different CEOs based upon the systems of thinking we learned in class. Also, what type of CEO would you be with what type of company and why? (2 page maximum)
Things to consider:
– Is it a personal vision or shared vision?
– How is the company valuable? (Intrinsic/Extrinsic)
– Externalities of their business? (Positive/Negative)
– Mutually beneficial relationship between business and the rest of the world?
Now, find real world examples of CEOs who inhabit either system of thinking and how it affects their business and how their business affects the rest of the world.
