Leadership Action Plan – Develop an Individual Leadership Reflection and Action Plan that will provide a reflection on your leadership style and potential. The paper should provide a personal leadership philosophy and a discussion on how that philosophy might, or might not, have changed during this course. The reflection should also include an assessment of strengths and weaknesses as identified in the self-assessments, theories, and principles presented in this course. Finally, the paper should include an action plan to address weaknesses and take advantage of strengths to enhance the your leadership potential.
