Use the following questions to guide your dialogue with your Learning Set:

• Why is this a key issue? What implications are there for my current practice?
• How do the problem and its solution relate to organizational strategy?
• What are the consequences for not taking action?
• What do I need to understand more about through research?
• What assumptions am I or others making? How do these reflect a bias or my subjectivity?
• How will I review my findings from action and research? How will I review my learning?
• What questions arise from my problem, and how can the literature help me?
• What questions, if any, have I not yet considered?
• Consider the questions that were posed in this week’s media (animation). How did questions help the student arrive at a better problem statement or framework?
Use your problematisation to pose questions for research, learning and action. Discuss how you will search for possible sources of literature to inform your problematisation.
