Difference between human resource management

The purpose of this assignment is to ensure that you understand the difference between Human Resource Management (HRM)–a “line” manager–and the Human Resources Department (HRD)–a “staff” function. It is important to understand that these functions are different; one provides direction to an organization and the other provides support.
