a) What are the differences between real property, personal property, and intellectual property? Can you provide an example of each kind of property?
b) Nicole and Shawn own their home as joint tenants. Nicole states in her will that her share of the home will go to Ronaldo when Nicole dies. When Nicole dies, Ronaldo attempts to claim Nicole’s share of the property. Who owns the home after Nicole’s death? Would it be different if Nicole and Shawn owned the property as tenants in the entirety?
c) Can real property owners do whatever they want with their property, or are they subject to certain restrictions? Please explain in detail and provide examples.
