Sample Artifacts
Artifacts may be products you created in prior courses, this course, or during your student teaching experience. Examples would be:
· Creative handouts you have designed
· Photographs of environmental factors such as classroom layouts and wall displays
· Photographs of your students in action and engaged in learning activities
· Appropriate examples of your technology skills such as multimedia, graphic design, presentations, assessments, spreadsheets, etc.
· Examples of parent communications/newsletters
· Examples of formal student feedback such as questionnaires
· Professional development efforts such as teaching workshops and seminars
If you use one of these artifacts, make sure to add it to the appropriate section 2-5.
APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
