2) Discuss the meaning of “imagination” as used in the following quote from the 9/11 Commission Report, “We believe the 9/11 attacks revealed four kinds of failures: in imagination, policy, capabilities, and management.”
3) Discuss the basic “Tips for Communicating during a Crisis.”
4) Define and discuss the role of “rational decision making” and “bounded rationality” as related to decision making in a crisis.
5) Discuss the meaning of the following quotation: “A civilization worthy of its name should pay special heed to disasters, learn from the mistakes they revealed, and harness intelligence, science and sympathy to make a more secure world.” (WDJ: Rising From The Ruins- Jan.16, 2010)
