Topic Civil Rights in the 21st Century
Prepare an annotated bibliography with 7 primary and/or secondary sources that you will use to write your final paper. The final paper will be based on a topic of your choice that corresponds with the course work and the overall topic of African American Studies. The annotated bibliography should only include scholarly resources such as journal articles, books and/or primary source documents.
The bibliography should include the following for each source:
1.Full citation in MLA style of bibliographic item
2.Primary or secondary source – 1-2 sentences
3.Audience for the item – 1 short sentence
4.How this item will be useful to your work – 2-3 sentences
5.A quote, statistic, or paraphrase you might use in your final paper. – 1 sentence
6.Full citation in MLA of bibliographic item
