2) Compare ‘social identity theory’, ‘social categorization theory’ and ‘minimal group paradigm’ in terms of how each explains how identities are formed?
3) Discuss the different dimensions and root causes of intercultural conflict. What are the strategies to manage and resolve inter-cultural conflict? Apply these strategies to the protracted Arab-Israeli conflict. First discuss the causes of this conflict. Then explain how cultural competency can be built and conflict resolution strategies can be applied to overcome this protracted conflict.
