Dissertation on “To determine whether it is management characteristics, or job characteristic, that have the greatest influence on engagement in a Liberian insurance company”
Student has attached introduction and literature review for your reference. He will provide later an improved version with in text citation and all for consolidation in a week.
We have attached his proposal to write research methodology as it is mixed of survey and interview. Also, we attached survey data to do data analysis. Interview script will be provided soon.
You will have to write
Research Methodology:- 1500 words
Data analysis:-2500 words
Conclusion and recommendations:- 1000 words
and consolidate with introduction and literature review provided by us ( Final one will be provided by this week) and send us complete dissertation with everything ( Index, references, appendix etc.)
Interview transcript will be provided by Thursday and in case any delay we will provide extra time.
Please provide excellent English and original references as student is from UK. Also use introduction and literature review for research objective and aims etc. For research methodology you can refer his proposal.
