The inspection reports can be searched by industry group or establishment name by accessing the reports through the OSHA’s Statistics & Data Page (Links to an external site.). After reviewing the inspection report, you must provide a summary of the inspection findings including case information, company name, summary of violations (types and costs), and a summary of the specific standards violated. Based on the specific standards violated, discuss what needs to be done by employers (compliance plan) to comply with the specific standard or standards that were violated.
