Write a 2-4 page typed essay in Word (double spaced, size 12 font) on one of the following topics. 1) Discuss Plato’s account of creation in the Timaeus 2) Discuss the relationship between the soul and the universe in the Timaeus 3) Compare and contrast Plato’s account of creation in the Timaeus with any of the account studied in Leaman (e.g. Al-Ghazali, Maimonides, Al-farabi, Averroes). 4) Discuss the nature of God in the Timaeus. In particular is god (the demiurge) a principle outside of the universe or a principle in the universe?
