Discuss the primary issues that need to be considered for an organization to begin a transformation/change process. Why do the organizations consider these things, and what are the implications if they are not considered/implemented?
Provide examples of how this happens. If you have been a part of a transformation, what were the key “drivers” of the transformation? How were these details handled?
