Discuss the Sociology concepts-two companies have decided to merge
Two companies have decided to merge. One company is a manufacturing company with @1500 employees. The other company is an information systems company that employs @ 200 people. The leaders of the two companies believe that they can complement each other’s needs. After taking Introduction to Sociology, you believe you can anticipate some problems that the two companies might encounter as they try to merge.
With only this amount of information to start, make some recommendations to the company leaders as to likely problems that may emerge by completing the following:
1) List at least 5-10 sociology concepts (terms, theories, etc) that you have learned at this point in the course that you will use to make your recommendations (part 2).
2) Now, using the terms you have selected, provide at least 3 recommendations (using the sociological concepts and terms that you have selected) that would outline a proposal for conducting and analyzing these data.
