When we are talking about biological warfare, I would have to choose the C.B.R.N.E. – Biological Warfare article. I chose this source because it is a good source with plenty of information and it provides the needed information on the topic of exactly what biological warfare is. I also have the ability to see who wrote this, when it was written, and I have the ability to contact the people responsible for this article. Good things to be able to do when finding reliable sources. The University of Bradford Website was forbidden when I went there so not a good source if I cannot access that information. But, through this source, I got a good grasp of what biological warfare was. There is no doubt that the government Website would be a good site but the fact of the matter is it seems a little confusing to me. That does not make the Web page not useful but it means it needs some understanding.

The reason for using the government Website can be because it is trusted material. As stated, “While you might personally question the data, you are safe in quoting from it” (Paul, & Hansen, 2007, p. 193). This is exactly how I feel about this government Website but it is trusted information. Therefore, I would choose to incorporate this into my investigation due to the credibility.

The next set of sources gets a little trickier. Council of Islamic Education seems confusing but considering it is an organization Website it probably can be trusted. Organizations typically have a mission of something they want to do and typically are trusted with researched and credible information. The Islamic Foundation of North America appears to be an untrusted Website. I conclude this because it shows up and says the Website is unavailable. Not only that but I would not be able to tell where the information came from if something was there. The Website has not been updated since 2007 so we may have misinformation posted or presented here. This page is also unofficial (Paul, & Hansen, 2007). Also, what must be remembered is you need to fact check where you get your information from. If you cannot do that then I guess the source is useless.

The final Website of IslamiCity.com does not seem official either. There is an article written on education but the problem is I have no idea of who wrote this article or where it comes from. There is no accuracy given. I cannot find when this was written or posted. This Website is a complete mess so I would not use this source because I see no credibility here.

Finally, for the arthritis Website, I would use all of them because they all seem reliable and trustworthy. Resource number one is the arthritis foundation which is an organization and the official Website for arthritis information. This Web page offers everything about and on arthritis and would be one of the best resources to use in investigating arthritis. The second source arthritis.com seems like another trusted usable Website because it is run by Pfizer which is a pharmaceutical company. However, companies such as these may be untrustworthy. And the national institute of arthritis and musculoskeletal health is a government Website so no doubt it can always be trusted. Government Web sites are the most reliable Web sites out there and always can be trusted out of any other Website (Paul, & Hansen, 2007).
