Discussion Board critical responses must be approximately 350-500 words in length (or a little longer is fine) and must incorporate specific examples and concepts and citations with page numbers (when possible) from the readings and/or lectures.

This week’s lectures and readings focused on the concept of the ethnoburb and explored early Cold War Asian America. Citing at least ll three of the readings for this week, please answer the following questions.

• What is an ethnoburb? How is an ethnoburb different from an ethnic enclave? How are current/contemporary Asian American communities different from previous Asian immigrant communities?
• Discuss at least two Asian Pacific American communities whose experiences during the early Cold War were different than their experiences prior to World War II.
• Discuss some of the challenges war brides from Asia had to confront when they settled in the U.S.
