Almost every governmental program sounds worthwhile and useful, if not downright moral and virtuous. However, what is usually left out in discussing these programs is
the cost and the analysis that is pertinent to evaluating the costs of these programs. What one issue you read about this week, when more fully exposed, caught your
attention and what is it that you learned that could apply to other governmental programs and issues?
