Using the material and information learned in the Professor’s PowerPoint presentation on diversity, prepare an essay posting on an important contemporary aspect of “managing in a diverse environment.” Considering the PowerPoint “All Together Different,” select one area of diversity that interests you. Research and find a real-world situation that demonstrates the impact (positive or negative) manager personalities or practices have on an organization’s workforce. Once an example is found, incorporate this event into context of managing in a diverse environment.
