Sunstein and Reisch talk about using default rules in the context of environmental outcomes. However, one can imagine these being used with respect other outcomes as
well. Assuming that engineers and computer scientists can act as “choice architects”, discuss another area where defaults can be used (i.e. something other than green
defaults for environmental outcomes).
Once you have identified and discussed another type of default, argue whether or not such a default should be used. Support your conclusion.
