Work through all the options and answer the following question in a 4-page double-spaced essay: “Should the rainforest be preserved; or should it be viewed as a national economic resource and exploited, and if so, how?” by thinking through a-d below:
What have you learned as you work through each option?
Are there options not thought of in the simulation that might have made a different outcome?
Are the two variables of land and money the right choices?
Are ecotourism and sustainability achievable?
