A good paper will take on the following format:
(1) Start paragraph 1 with an explicit claim as to whether DesJardins thinks it is a mistake to think of the realms of science and economics as providing objective means by which to identify and solve environmental problems. Follow this claim with the main reason(s) that support your response. Include specific passages from the text and include the page numbers. End paragraph 1 by stating whether you agree with DesJardins or not.
(2) Start paragraph 2 by letting your reader know why you agree or disagree with DesJardins. If you want to address more than one reason, separate your reasons into separate paragraphs.
