The impact that errors make on many people were clearly demonstrated this week. Think about who the stakeholders are in errors or change that may happen because of errors. What is their degree of involvement in the change or error? How does the stakeholders influence each other if at all? Take your blinders off and try to think of as many as you can and what they can do to give positive or negative influences on change/errors.
