Write a paper that identifies ethical issues. Explain how you would deal with each issue if it were presented to you as an employer, using information and techniques from the ethics chapter you read, the posts you have been discussing with your classmates, and your own research. Also, describe and explain the systems/policies you (as the employer) would put in place to help prevent the issue from occurring. If you are referencing outside sources, please provide full and correct citations.
