create a research proposal. For the sake of this experiment, I want you to ?believe? you are going to write a LONG, EXHAUSTIVE paper on this topic. The only thing I want you to adhere to are the following guidelines. (When you have to submit a formal proposal later in the semester, I will give you stricter guidelines.)
It should be ONE PAGE
It should clearly state what TOPIC you are going to write about. For example, ?I am going to write about??
Clearly state what specifically about the topic you find interesting.
Create a question, some question, any question!, that you think you can answer with further investigation and research. For example, ?The research question I would like to answer is??
List five assumptions (or preconceived notions) I have about your topic.
List five things that you would like to explore or find out about your topic.
So, I think the topic should be something about evaluating a diploma from foreign (Ukraine) country in USA, transfer credits, continuing education.
