To prepare:
Review Chapter 11 of the Green and Tones text, as well as the articles in this week’s Learning Resources.
Consider your group’s planning process for your community program project.
Reflect on your group’s formative evaluation. Think about how you ensured that your process would be successful.
Consider how this formative evaluation helped your group to refine and delineate the summative evaluation.
Think about how you used these evaluations to improve the plan for your community program project.
Post on or before Day 3 a description of your group’s planning process for implementing your community program for health promotion. Explain how your group conducted
its formative evaluation, including the measures you took to ensure that your process would be successful and how you addressed any challenges that arose. Then,
explain how this formative evaluation helped your group to refine and delineate the summative evaluation. Finally, explain the effectiveness of your program evaluation
and how you used it to improve the plan for your community program project.
