Evaluation Plan Templates and Evaluation Plan At-a-Glance
Throughout this course, you will write an evaluation plan in narrative form in order to explain your decision-making process and the various factors that guided your work with your Learning Team. This assignment is informed by the Learning Forward Standard: Data. See the Application Assignment in Week 6 for more information. In addition to the evaluation plan in narrative form, you will also create a chart that provides an at-a-glance overview of your evaluation plan, which you will submit as an appendix in Week 8, along with your Reflective Essay. Review and save copies of the templates below so that you may begin your work on the evaluation plan this week. It is important that you read carefully all Required Resources. Examples, descriptions, and case studies are provided throughout each week’s Resources to support you in completing your assignments in this course.
