Personal Leadership Style Analysis – Select a focal leadership style, include a description of the style and its dimensions, why it fits best for you (individual differences and career considerations), and any additional skills or attributes you want to add to it from other leadership theories to create a leadership style unique to you. (5-6 pages)
SWOT analysis – Examine your leadership strengths and weaknesses in relation to your focal leadership style with a SWOT analysis. Must include a validated scale for your focal leadership theory with self- and other-report. What dimensions, skills, and abilities do you most need to work on? (2-3 pages)
Learning Agenda – A list of materials (popular press leadership books, academic leadership books, leader biographies, blogs, etc.) that will become your top-priority leadership reading, including an explanation of how each one contributes to your focal leadership style. (1-2 pages)
