Explain attorney a superior entity for alleged debtor
Debt collector attorney issues the document instrument for consideration, and uses US Postal service to make his presentment. Recipient timely responds that attorney debt collector provide substantive documentation as to his authority to make such presentments and demands. Attorney remains silent. Original recipient further requests that attorney debt collector so establish his standing. Attorney is again found lying by in silence.
Question here is: Is attorney a superior entity where he may move against alleged debtor without a definitive claim and cause. Or rather is attorney obligated by oath and moral obligation to answer?
