Explain the concept of e-Discovery and discuss the role of health information management in the e-Discovery process. Why would having a clear definition of the provider/institution’s designated record set be important in e-discovery?

Find an example of an unethical practice in healthcare either by a vendor, an employee, or a practitioner. Discuss how you would respond if you had to determine a course of action.
