I. VITAMIN ANALYSIS (Actual Intake vs. Recommended Intake)

a. List all the vitamins that were less than 75% of the RDA.

b. For each vitamin that you consumed less than 75% of the RDA, list what specific foods you would need to consume in your diet to improve your percentage.

c. List all the vitamins that were more than 200% of the RDA.

d. Look at your All Nutrients Spreadsheet Report. Â Which foods contributed most to your intake of these vitamins?

e. Do you think that you need to consume a vitamin supplement based on your results? Â Why or why not?

f. Discuss what a person can look for on a supplement label that can provide them assurance about the quality of the supplement.
