Explain the workplace relevance of one of the laws – Business Law
Its a two questions the answers it should be from these text books
(Stanford, C and Connor, V (2014). Ethics for Health Professionals. Jones and Bartlett Learning)and ( Harris, D.M. (2014). Contemporary Issues in Healthcare Law and Ethics 4th Ed. Health Administration press)
1- Pick one of the healthcare workplace laws/provisions described in Stanford Ch. 5 and study that law deeper, using outside sources. From your research, choose an outside case not studied in this class (and not assigned to you) that relates to the implementation or violation of the law you picked. A case from a peer-reviewed scholarly journal is highly preferred.
– Post a response to the question, “Explain the workplace relevance of one of the laws covered in Stanford Ch. 5 and illustrate your argument for why we need this law with a case you independently found in the literature.” Even though there may be multiple ethical and legal issues in the Case you found, your response should directly and fully address only ONE law/provision that you picked in relation to Stanford Chapter 5.
As a volume guidance for this initial post, a couple of concise yet comprehensive paragraphs are expected and should be sufficient. Each phrase or sentence should be substantive and additive, meaning that you do not repeat thoughts similar to the ones you already wrote or the same point in different words. It is important to base your response on conceptual and case evidence and cite your sources
Outside sources are most welcome as new or comparable evidence, to enrich the discussion.
2- Study the case in Activity 5.1 and find another case dealing with concepts from Ch. 5 that you can use to compare and contrast in your analysis;
