Abstract

This report provides fleshes out the basic details required for the proposal. It includes the background of the research in which the importance of finding the best possible processes to shares know-how and improve competency levels within an organization is discussed. Subsequently, the report also details the aim of the assignment along with the related research questions that are required to be answers through this research. Finally, this report contains the research objectives that would guide the research process henceforth.

Background

In this day and age, where most companies are facing oblivion either because of rising costs or because they are simply not able to keep up with the searing pace of the technologies advances that are sweeping throughout the globe; where startups are destroying age old customs and implicit ways of doing businesses from banks to taxis, the importance of sharing and exploiting organizational know how on a real time basis cannot be overstated. Every organizations that aims to survive the change that itself is becoming constant, needs to make sure that right from the top management to the bottom rung of the ladder, everyone in the organizations is open and willing to share what he or she knows (Adenfelt & Lagerström, 2006), (Lagerström & Andersson, 2003). Only then can organizations will be able to shed a lot of dead weight and instead begin to focus on creating and innovating in a lean and frictionless manner on an everyday manner and not just in spurts that are more likely than not to fizzle out most of the times.

At the same time, it is important to understand that the effective sharing of knowledge in an organization is not an easy task by itself. In fact, it is very easy to mess up the whole business of knowledge sharing if proper processes are not set up to guide the system on an everyday basis. Thus, there is a need to research the best or optimum processes that can be put in place by the organizations, which then would enable effective transfer of knowledge.

Research Aim

This particular research aims to investigate in detail the possible links between a sustained economic development and the management of oil subsidized programs through taxation relief strategies, which intends to facilitate and support achieving a more stable and reliable economic reform. By analyzing and subsequently develop procedures, which would facilitate in raising the know-how or competency levels in companies, through the use of training and daily interactions between experts and juniors within the workforce. Also, the ultimate aim of this research is to enable the companies around the world become more and more innovative, because it is common knowledge that the corporate world today is being driven not by cost reduction but through the means of innovations; Thousands of startups area glowing testimony to this effect. Thus, the role of processes of in driving this change is generally understated but can be brought to the fore with the help of this research.

Research questions/hypothesis

The following research questions would form the focus of this research process:

1. Which processes among the existing processes in the companies, can be used to drive an increase of know-how along with competency levels within the companies?

2. What kind of processes need to be introduced in order to increase the know-how along with competency levels within the companies?

These questions should help in understanding as well as defining the best processes which, in turn, would help the organizations become more efficient as well as effective in improving the flow of knowledge across the organization.

Research Objective

Every research has a particular set objective, which revolves around the predefined research aim. This particular research aims to investigate in detail the possible links between a sustained economic development and the management of oil subsidized programs through taxation relief strategies, which intends to facilitate and support achieving a more stable and reliable economic reform. The research objective is to look at the intrinsic aspects capable of diminishing most, if not all economic inequalities (salaries, knowledge, experience and opportunities); such as the appropriate levels of structured training programs for the local content or national workforce; considering the options that support the agreed impacts on the long and/or short run i.e. abolishing the income discrepancies between expatriates versus local. Also, there are several sub-objectives part of this research including:
