personality traits. And as an individual go through changes how do we know how we are going to fell as we go though certain stages of the maturing processes. A
physician has a moral oblations to allow their patients to develop and be old enough to mentally figure out who and what they are before altering their bodies. However
in some countries this is not the case far from it.Lets take for instance Thailand , Thailand has had over 3,500 transgender surgeries about 25% were minors. what
this comes up to basically for the right dollar amount they will do the surgery. In Thailand money over rides morality you can put a price on who and what you are.
