LinkedIn OR Fast Company Profile – This is an assignment for MBA class.
Write a LinkedIn OR Fast Company Profile in the year 2027. Choose only one profile for the assignment. Write about who are you as a leader, what is your vision, what kinds of deals are you engaged in, who are on your team, and what process are you following. 6 pages, double space, incorporate at least 6 outside references, include references to two of the book sources that were influential to your vision and accomplishments.
Keep in mind the following for Assignment #3: Write your own biographical sketch, preferably based on a real deal in the future. Be creative! It must be about that future job and how you can improve your own performance by implementing “Level 5 leadership” and the “7 habits” in your role at work. You should look at how you can help your organization function as one mind, one heart, one spirit, one body and what you can do within your sphere of influence to help others to function more this way. Keep in mind that one’s sphere of influence is not the same thing as one’s sphere of authority and that often the former is much bigger than what you’ll ever have in the latter. Influencing behavior is available to everyone and starts with oneself. Inspiring others to do things they are not required to do is a great challenge for a leader to build her/his tool kit. Note: you do not need to create an actual LinkedIn profile or Fast Company profile online.
