Fusicoccin in relation to 14-3-3 eta proteins and Estrogen receptor alpha

The story needs to start with breastcancer in general and then how the estrogen receptors are involved in this disease. Then I need a full background on the estrogen receptors and then going specific on estrogen receptor alpha. Then I need a background on the 14-3-3 proteins and more specific on the 14-3-3 eta protein and how this prevents breastcancer. Then I need the introduction of fusicoccin A and how this stabilizes the estrogen/14-3-3 complex. Finally I need to end with how plantexatrct are described in literature as similar to fusicoccin and how they seem to have potential.
