Write a critical analysis piece on the intersection of Gender and Sexuality. Identify the intersection in relation to Australian society, discuss the way this intersection is linked to offending and victimization, and critically analyse the Australian CJS response to people who fall into this social category.
This assessment is about critical analysis skills and the ability to source references that explore current perspectives on the intersection/social category in Criminology.
