Alternative to Abstract Report You must get approval from the instructor in order to do this option. If you are currently working in an organization (in any industry), conduct a safety and health inspection of your work site. Describe the working environment/industry and the “safety culture” in your work environment. Identify in detail three health and safety problems and their potential impact to employees and/or the organization. Include pictures to showcase the problem in your report, if possible. Identify what specific regulatory standard(s) does the health and safety problem violate and provide counter-measures to address the problem. If your working environment does not have any health and safety problems, discuss what factors contribute to the safe working conditions (i.e. management supported, proactive safety program, positive safety culture, etc.).
