Each student is responsible for choosing one historical clinical issue and one empirical research issue to survey and present to the class in the context of its relevance to our current field and issues of clinical practice and empirical research. This includes a discussion of relevant past and current populations, multicultural factors to consider, factors related to social justice and social impact, and professional and political issues.
